Is there a way to bulk update the accountant and/or auditor relationship for multiple funds in Simple Fund/Invest 360?
Yes, the Bulk Replace function in Simple Fund/Invest 360, will allow users to replace the existing accountant and/or auditor relationship for all or selected entities.
Solution
| From the Main Toolbar, go to Settings |
|
| Select Contacts from the list. |
|
1. Search and select the Accountant or Auditor.
2. Select the Contact Usage tab and then select Bulk Replace.
The following fields will display:
| Accountant/Auditor |
Choose to set the contact as the Accountant or Auditor. |
| For... | Select to update the relationship across 1) All Entities, 2) For Selected Entities or 3) For Entities of type. |
3) Select Update.
This will remove the current Accountant or Auditor and replace it with the selected contact. This action cannot be reversed.

1. I'm unable to access the Bulk Replace function.
The Bulk Replace function is currently only available to Admin and Account Owners. Please contact your firm administrator for further assistance.
