How do I export a report to Excel?

Solution

Selecting Options to the right of a Report added will give you the option to select Download Excel. In this example we will prepare the Detailed Trial Balance. These steps can be followed for other reports.

 

From the Main Toolbar, go to Reports.

Select Reports.

 

To download an individual report in PDF, Word or Excel format:

  1. On the left-hand side of the Reports screen, Add the Detailed Trial Balance from the Work Paper Reports list.

  2. Once the report has been dragged & dropped, select Download Excel to download the report in the format required.
