Overview
The Investment Total Return Report lists for each investment:
- Units held
- Market price
- Market value
- Accounting cost
- Unrealised numerical gain/(loss)
- Percentage gain/(loss)
- Year to Date (YTD) Gross Income*
- Income since held (Gross)*
*Gross income includes the cash component and credits
How to prepare
| From the Main Toolbar, go to Reports. |

| Select Reports. |

To download an individual report in PDF, Word or Excel format:
- On the left-hand side of the Reports screen, search for the Investment Total Return Report.
2. Select the green arrow to add the report to the Report Pack List.
3. Select either Download PDF, Download Word or Download Excel.
