From the Broker and Registry Dashboard, select Advanced Options. This screen allows you to manage the additional settings for the service.
Historical Contract Notes
Historical contract notes can be emailed to the unique email address for upload. Refer to Historical Contract Notes.
Failed Contract Notes
You can filter your email to only be notified of when contract notes fail during the upload process. Under the Firm Setup tab, select the relevant fund and input your email address in the Forward only failure emails to field.
ANZ Share Investing (Formerly E*Trade) Password
If you did not input the ANZ Share Investing (E*Trade) password during the setup process of the service, the password can be input under the Firm Setup tab. Select the relevant fund and input the password under the Contract Note Password field.
Note: The password can be found on the contract note in the "Trade Placed By" field.
Deleting a Fund
Deleting funds from this screen will prevent the fund from having its contract notes automatically processed by the Contract Notes Service in the future. The fund will still count towards the fund limit for the Contract Notes Service subscription however.
