Simple Fund 360 can now prepare a Declaration of Permanent Retirement letter for all members of the fund.
The letter is addressed from the member making the declaration to the Trustee(s) of the fund stating that the member has ceased employment and intends not to commence future employment again.
To generate a Declaration of Permanent Retirement for a member:
- Navigate to the Reports screen:
From the Main Toolbar, go to Reports. Select Reports.
- Under Letters / Minutes, select Declaration of Permanent Retirement:
- Click Options next to the letter and select Settings:
- Select the member the declaration will be prepared for and the retirement date:
- Click OK
