When Applying for an Actuary, I receive the error:
Internal Transfer-Out and corresponding Internal Transfer-In must be in the same transaction.
Solution
The error occurs when there is a transaction to accounts 57100 and 56100 and the amount is 0.
Delete the transaction and the actuary application will now be able to be completed
