Prior year comparatives not displaying on Member Statements

Member comparatives are not displaying on the Members Statement, even though:

  • "Comparatives" is an option selected in Badges;
  • The option "Show Last Year Column" is selected in Settings prior to preparing the Members Statement. 

Solution

For funds that were newly established in the prior year, comparatives will not show on the Members Statement when a System Start Date has been input in Fund Details. 

 

Example: Fund was established on 1/7/2015 (first financial year 2016). For the 2017 financial year, comparatives are not displaying. To resolve, remove the System Start Date from Fund Details and re-prepare the Members Statement.
