How do I make an account inactive?
Deactivating an account
| From the Main Toolbar, go to Accounting. |

| Select Chart of accounts from the list. |
|
You can type in the account code in the search box to easily locate it.
Select the + sign next to the account to view the sub-account if required.
Select the account and tick the Inactive Account checkbox.
The following message will display. Select Yes to make any linked account also inactive.
Click More Details>>> to view the linked accounts.
Select Save.
