I have processed a commutation and I wish to reverse this.
How do I undo a commutation in Simple Fund 360?
You will need to delete the commutation transactions from Accounting | Transaction list.
The transaction will have Commutation in the Description.
To delete the transaction:
- Tick the checkbox next to it.
- Select Delete.
You can use the transaction filter to make it easier to locate the transaction if required.
If you have transferred the full pension balance to accumulation, the pension account will now have an End Date.
To remove the End Date, go to Member | Member List.
Ensure the toggle has been changed to All Member Accounts.
Locate the pension account and click on it to edit it.
Remove the End Date and click Save.
If any transaction has been posted or create entries have been processed after that date, the following message will display:
Select Yes to proceed.
