Why are the amounts at X1 - Accumulation Phase Value & X2 - Retirement Phase Value not populated by Simple Fund 360?
Solution
These values are the total amount of the superannuation benefits that would become payable from their respective accounts if the member voluntarily caused the interest to cease.
These amounts are often less than the values at S1 Accumulation phase account balance and S2 Retirement phase account balance as the costs to cease the interests are subtracted from the account balance.
As Simple Fund 360 does not know what these costs would be, these fields are not populated.
