We suddenly stopped receiving Contract Notes. I have requested transactions and the status has not changed. How can we determine if we are still receiving Contract Notes in the email address?
How do I view an Email Log for the Contract Notes email?

To view the email address, complete the following steps.
From the Main Toolbar, select Connect. |

Select Feed Management from the list |

In the Feed Management screen, click Advanced Options & Reports
From the drop-down menu, select BGL Contract Notes
Select Firm Setup
Next to your unique email address, select view TXN
