I have completed the final rollovers and added the wind-up date and it doesn't seem to clear the accounts and the balance sheet doesn't balance.
Solution
This common issue is due to users trying to calculate and manually post the lump-sum payout part way through the year by creating entries without a wind-up date being entered.
The simple fund 360 wind up process automatically recorded the payout transactions for users.
