How do I switch from Simple Fund Desktop to Simple Fund 360?

Making the switch from Simple Fund Desktop to Simple Fund 360 can seem daunting at first, but BGL has come up with two options for clients to consider when managing this project.

Clients are welcome to move data across independently, or alternatively, engage with our specialist Client Success Team to help make the switch with you.

Option 1 - Independent Migration

Access Tune In Prepare Switch

When you have completed the purchase of your Simple Fund 360, the nominated Account Owner of the license will receive a 'Welcome' email that will ask you to log in, nominate a password and set up multi-factor authentication to access your new platform.

For further information on this process, please refer below:

Select Set Password from the 'Welcome' email.

Following this, a new tab will open on your web browser that will request you to nominate a password. Please do so using a unique set of characters and letters that you will remember.

The system will then prompt you to set up multi-factor authentication. Please click here for how to complete this process.

You should then have access to your Simple Fund 360 and begin inviting other users into the system as you see fit. For further information on how to do so, please click here.

 

Option 2 - Assisted Migration

Access Prepare Provide Invite Tune In Review

When you have completed the purchase of your Simple Fund 360, the nominated Account Owner of the license will receive a 'Welcome' email that will ask you to log in, nominate a password and set up multi-factor authentication.
