A person can be added as a contact in Simple Fund 360 in the contacts screen. Please take the following steps to add a person.
Navigate to the contacts screen
To locate the contacts screen, hover your cursor over Settings from the Main Toolbar, and select Contacts from the side menu.

Adding a Person
1. At the top left hand corner of the screen, select Add Contact
2. You will be asked what type of contact you would like to create. Select Person.
3. You will be taken to the Create Person screen. You will be able to enter the following information for the added person.
The persons title e.g. Mr, Mrs, Dr
|The email address of the person
The telephone number of the person
The mobile number of the person
The Australian Business Number
|Birth/Death||Date of Birth||The date the person was born.|
|Address||Address Line 1/2
Town or suburb the address is located
The state the address is located
The postcode in which the address is located
The country of the address
At the bottom of this screen, you will see a button that says Show 9 hidden fields.
The 9 hidden fields are as follows.
Other names the person might have
|Identification||SMSF Auditor Number
Professional Body Number
The SMSF auditor number
The Professional Body the person belongs to
The number associated with the Professional Body
|Birth/Death||Place of Birth
Date of Death
State of Birth
Country of Birth
|The location of birth
The date the person passed
The state the person was born in
The country the person was born in
4. Once you have entered all the relevant information, to save and create the person in Simple Fund 360, select the Create Person button at the bottom right hand corner of the screen.
