Upon signing into MyBGL, users will automatically be directed to the Dashboard page by default.
Alternatively, users can navigate to the App switcher from the top toolbar and switch to MyBGL.
If MyBGL does not appear in the App Switcher, the user should contact the nominated Account Owner.
To access the Payment Details page from within MyBGL, users can select the Payment Details option on the left-hand side of the screen.
Setting up a direct debit for a monthly subscription
Users are able to set up a direct debit for a monthly subscription from within the Payment Details screen. To begin setting up a direct debit, select here below the product you wish to set up the direct debit for.
To set up a direct debit, users will need to select a payment method from which the direct debit can be drawn. To select a payment method, select Add New Payment Method.
Users must select the preferred payment method. The options are Credit Card or Bank Account. Enter the respective Credit Card or Bank Account information in the fields provided once the tab has been selected.
Toggle Set As Default to blue if you wish for this method to be your default payment method for the direct debit. Check the box indicating that you have read and agreed to the Direct Debit Agreement, then select Submit.
Note: Toggle Set As Default and Apply to All Products if you wish for this method to be your default payment method across multiple monthly product subscriptions.
Changing the default payment method for a monthly subscription
The default payment method for a monthly subscription can be changed from within the Payment Details screen. Begin by selecting the > for the product in which you wish to change the default payment method.
The current default payment method will appear on the left-hand side. To change the payment method, select Set as Default on any of the existing payment methods to replace the current default.
Users will be prompted with a confirmation message. Selecting OK will change the newly selected payment method to the default.
Removing a payment method for a monthly subscription
Payment methods can be removed for a monthly subscription from within the Payment Details screen.
Begin by selecting the '>' for the product in which you wish to change the default payment method.
Locate the payment method that you wish to remove. Select the trash can icon to remove it.
- Please note: The trash can icon is only visible when the payment method isn’t the current default. If the method you are trying to remove is the only method you have, you will need to set up a new default payment method first.
Users will be prompted with a confirmation message. Selecting OK will remove the payment method.
