We have collated a list of common Frequently Asked Questions (Faq's) to assist you with additional information about MyBGL troubleshooting & general queries.

What to do if MyBGL is not loading?

Note: You may encounter some issue loading MyBGL if you are using Safari as your browser or if you are using a mobile device. If that's the case, please try the self troubleshooting steps below:

  1. Please try to open MyBGL using another Browser (Chrome, Firefox, Edge), OR
  2. Check if your browser blocks third-party cookies and prevent cross-site tracking (When on, sites can't use cookies that track you across the web. Features on some sites may break.)

If it still doesn't work, then please contact BGL team at 1300 654 401 or using one of your preferred methods via https://www.bglcorp.com/hub/support/ 

How to disable a user's access to MyBGL?

To remove a user's access to MyBGL, please follow the steps below:

  1. Navigate and open Users on the app switcher
  2. Navigate to Admin on the left panel and then User Manager
  3. From the User Manager list, find the user you want to remove access from MyBGL
  4. Click on the Edit button on the right side of the name
  5. Select Disable and then Disable in MyBGL to remove user's access to MyBGL.

How to invite a user into MyBGL?

To invite a user to MyBGL, please follow the steps below:

1 Navigate and open Users on the app switcher mceclip1.png
2 Navigate to Admin on the left panel and then Invitation mceclip2.png
3 From the Invitation list, click on the Invite New User button on the right side of the page mceclip3.png
4 Select Invite for MyBGL mceclip4.png
5 Enter the email address, first name, and last name of the new user and select a role to be assigned (Note: First name and last name will be auto-populated for any existing product user) mceclip5.png
6 Select Add another user to invite list if you want to add more, otherwise, select Invite User(s)
