Digital Signing: How to set the recipient signing order for digital signing.

When sending Simple Fund 360 Documents to be digitally signed with more than one recipient, you can choose to set a signing order. The signing order lets you control the order in which your recipients receive and sign your documents.

With Priority Group enabled, you can set up a group order, where each recipient receives the email notification once the previous group has completed their action. Each group must fully sign before the second group will receive the email to sign.

Instructions: 

1. From the Digital Signing Wizard navigate to the Email Preview section.

2. Enable Priority Group

3. Set the group order using the drop-down menu with the first priority signing being allocated to Group one. Each group must fully sign before the second group will receive the email to sign.

4. Once your Grouping has been set and you have reviewed the email select Send Email. 

Track the status of the documents from the Document Screen. The Document status will remain as "Sending" until all groups have signed the document. The Simple Fund 360 user who sends the document will also get an email notification every time someone has signed the documents.

 

Adobe Sign Subscribers

For Adobe Sign users, an option in the Adobesign Account Settings will need to be enabled to set the signing order.
