When sending Simple Fund 360 Documents to be digitally signed with more than one recipient, you can choose to set a signing order. The signing order lets you control the order in which your recipients receive and sign your documents.
With Priority Group enabled, you can set up a group order, where each recipient receives the email notification once the previous group has completed their action. Each group must fully sign before the second group will receive the email to sign.
1. From the Digital Signing Wizard navigate to the Email Preview section.
2. Enable Priority Group
3. Set the group order using the drop-down menu with the first priority signing being allocated to Group one. Each group must fully sign before the second group will receive the email to sign.
4. Once your Grouping has been set and you have reviewed the email select Send Email.
