Invitation to Simple Fund 360 for Multiple Funds
Simple Fund 360 allows you to invite Auditors. You are able to determine what these users can access and see by editing the User Role settings of each user.
From the Main Toolbar, go to Settings. |

Input the details of the user you wish to invite. The Invite Users page will display.
Details
Explanation
Email Input a valid email address that will effectively become the username.
First Name
Input the user's first name.
Last Name
Input the user's last name.
Role
Select a role from the drop-down list. You can also search for a specific role.
User roles can be added from the Role Settings screen.
Assigned Funds
Select to access the Fund(s) Selector page to choose which fund(s) to give the auditor access to. Where utilise multiple auditors it is recommended to only select the funds which the auditor requires access to. Remove User
Select to remove the user details entered if you no longer wish to invite this user. You can invite multiple users in one go by selecting
.The number of users you are inviting will display at the bottom.
- Once you finish inputting all the details, select Invite User(s). An email will be sent to the user's email address containing a temporary password.
- The Auditor needs to click on the Login button in that email as displayed below before the link expires to access the software.
- If the auditor has never logged into Simple Fund 360 before, they will need to set up a new password and be prompted to set up Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) for security purposes.
Invitation to Simple Fund 360 for an Individual Fund
Auditor access is provided to Simple Fund 360 by the software administrator.
The simplest way to invite an auditor is to go to Fund | Fund Dashboard and select Share With | Auditor.
Complete the auditor's name and email details and click Invite. This will provide the auditor with Audit Access to Simple Fund 360 based on the Auditor User Role.
The auditor will receive an email invitation to login and create a password (if they don't already have one).
Changing what the Auditor has access to (User Role Settings)
User Role Settings are provided to users when they are invited to Simple Fund 360. These settings determine what Users such as a can access within Simple Fund 360 and will apply to all users which have that role.

Select the Auditor User Role
It is recommended as a minimum you have the following options enabled:
- View Reports
- View Documents
- Workpapers - Read Only
You are able to send an email to the preparer or reviewer letting them know that the fund is ready for the next process of the review. The following email notifications can be sent:
