When registered for SuperStream via Simple Fund 360, all transactional information will be received by the Email Recipients upon the initial set-up.
If not set up, email notifications will not be received by any user/contact.
This article details how to add/edit recipients of SuperStream email notifications, and how to edit the type of notifications sent.
|From the Main Toolbar navigate to Connect.||
|Select Superstream Dashboard.||
Select the All Funds tab, and click the checkbox beside the registered fund(s)
The Update Notification screen will appear.
|+ Add New Email Recipient||
Add up to 5 email recipients.
Select from Accountant, Account Manager, Administrator, SMSF Trustee, Lawyer or Financial Planner. These contacts feed from the Fund Relationships Screen.
Selecting Other will enable you to add a contact from the Contacts screen instead.
|Select a Contact||
Prefilled based on the Relationship selected.
Where the 'Other' relationship is selected, choose a contact stored in Global Contacts instead.
|Prefilled based on the contact selected. The email is editable, and once changes are made to the email, it will be automatically updated for the contact in the Contacts Screen.|
Toggle to choose the type of notifications to be sent to the recipients. Choose whether to subscribe to Contribution and/or Rollover and Release authority notifications.
Important: Once changes have been made, select Save to ensure that the email is updated properly
How to Edit Contact Information?
|From the Main Toolbar, go to Settings.||
Locate the contact using the search bar.
Select the contact to begin editing their basic details such as name and email address.
Select Save Changes.
